Sunset_Loves_UsRed Lily Vineyards is committed to a single goal — producing the finest Spanish-inspired wines possible. We fell in love with Spanish wines years ago, particularly Tempranillo and its brooding, earthy character, and chose to make these wines our focus. Red Lily Vineyards is named principally for Bolander’s Lily, a rare species of red lily found in the neighboring Siskiyou Mountains. However, it also has another, more special meaning. Our daughter is named Lily and among her many, incredible attributes, she shares our love of wine.

We are open Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm.


Beach Bungalows are back!

Just in time for the cold weather, our new and improved bungalows ensure a warm, private tasting experience along the beautiful Applegate River. Now available in 2.5-hour segments for up to 4 people!

Your rental includes full use of the Beach Bungalow, a bottle of our 2015 Red Blanket and a Red Lily Tapas Platter! The price per 2.5-hour segment is $100 for wine club members and $125 for non-members.

DOUBLE PLATINUM – Red Lily Vineyards 2014 Thin Line Tempranillo
“A number of Southern Oregon vintners have followed the lead of Abacela and devoted a portion of their portfolio to Tempranillo. Jacksonville winemaker Rachael Martin has earned a trio of Platinums in the past two years with this Rioja red, and her reserve won her first Double Platinum. Complex aromas of black fig, menthol, raspberry tea and tobacco leaf lead to a Tempranillo that really opens up in the mouth with Montmorency cherry, Craisin and paprika, making it a wine for a wide assortment of tapas. (250 cases, 14.5% alc.) Award: San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition (gold).”

PLATINUM – Red Lily Vineyards 2015 Life of Riley Tempranillo
“The winemaker’s son was a junior on the South Medford High basketball team when these grapes came into the cellar, and Rachael Martin added Cabernet Sauvignon (22%) to make this Tempranillo super easy to drink. It seems more youthful than its vintage might indicate, and it’s very cherry from end to end, picking up classic notes of cigar box, saddle leather and raspberry leaf. Chai spice and blood orange also come into play in the finish. (500 cases, 14.3% alc.) Award: Oregon Wine Competition (gold).”
